Olli: one possible extra change is removal of UIEvent.view as it's always window

Olli: it would still be good to note that UIEvent.view is always window, just in a single place

Patrick: there's still two respec warnings about getModifierState(keyArg) and initMouseEvent(typeArg)

[fixed the respec warnings using data-lt on the two event definitions]

Patrick: we still have a few sections that have a warning "This section needs to be revised." ... we could still keep those in, but probably a good indicator of what we should look at next. but beyond that, i'd like to move this branch to be main, and we carry on work in main. anything else that needs fixing immediately, do we think?

<smaug> whatwg/dom#372 and whatwg/dom#1328 might be related to some of the warnings in the spec.

Patrick: so beyond that, are we happy making THIS now the main branch / merging this into main? will make it easier to continue work

Patrick: if there's nothing else urgent, I'd suggest we finish early. I'll merge this into the main branch, and we'll continue next time looking at the areas that have warnings (this section needs to be revised) and the two issues that are flagged inthe spec
