Non-scaling Stroke
The SVG root element has a fixed width and height rather than the usual width="100%" height="100%" viewBox="0 0 480 360" This is to ensure that the two versions align just before scaling - both should be identical at the start. As the shapes zoom forward the non-scaling stroke should maintain a fixed width while the other strokes scale.
