discussion of objectives.
think we have about an hour, maybe less.
Lola: explain what is being tested and how screen readers interact with the web.
Help attendees know why they might want to write tests and what wouldbe invovled in doing so.
Also help people understand this test infra and how it is different from wpt , test262, and others.
another goal is just marketing, awareness.
There are people who write wpt tests who may occasionally write aria-at tests. Some are just interested in how screen readers engage with the things they build.
Lola will email matt the github issues with brekaout proposals.
we will work on the request for how to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Lola will own the shceduling and assets.
Issue 1401: AI in ARIA-AT
Lola: I'm only person writing html test plans at this time.
Maybe we could ahve AI generate some plans and then we would review them.
Maybe closes some of th test author gap.
Many of the html plans already ahve an equivalent in some of the APG work.
Matt: fine with review AI generate PRs. would like the person who acked the AI to make it be the first reviewer. may want to develop some skills.
Chris: agree with moving in the direction of sills.
would be very helpful to have some plain language md files that describe aspects of good tests.
Tri-State Checkbox Test Plan
Still need one more JAWS tester; will work on completing Amruth onboarding.
H'es running into some login problems that Matt hasn't been able to solve; will email Chris and Howard.
Resolved issue with VO version recording; added 26.6.2 to the system.
NVDA is complete; Matt will mark as final.
Dean says he can help run VoiceOver tests.

discussed the specifics of the issue; matt will fix the command for issue 1410 as requested in the issue.

There are 2 assertions missing from ctrl-opt-F4 in tests 4 and 5
Discussed that they should be the same as ctrl-opt-f3
Aligned that Matt will update the test plan to add the missing assertions.
Issue 1671: VoiceOver Bot is not running
MacStadium wiped the machines for security issues.
they upgraded the operating system to26.6.2
Chris started to reinstall runners
self-hosted runners should only be on private repos.
We have had public so we get unlimited action usage.
If we go private, then we would have to pay , potentially, for the actions. Whether we would run into the limits is unknown.
The maintainers of Github have successfully got MacOS running again.
Maybe we should go back to GitHub hosted runners.
This is at least a day work, and we are limited by people's availability.
Joe: Can the bots be run locally?
Chris: Yes, it is certainly feasible. There are some access control issues to work out.
